Reporting Pack
Give the client a clear account of what changed—and what still needs explaining.
An editable report and manual metric ledger for solo SEO consultants working with local-service clients. Bring search visibility, Business Profile interactions and client-recorded inquiries into a focused monthly conversation.
Planned price: US$29 one time
Sales are opening later. Price and release timing may change; orders and preorders are not open.

More search clicks.
Fewer recorded inquiries.
| Metric | July | August | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Search Console clicks | 300 | 360 | +20% |
| Business Profile call-button clicks | 80 | 90 | +12.5% |
| Independently recorded inquiries | 30 | 24 | −20% |
The observation is clear; the cause is not established. The fictional inquiry record covers all channels, so the report does not attribute those inquiries to SEO. Use the next-action section to identify what evidence would help explain the difference.
All numbers and the company are fictional. Google’s Business Profile “Calls” metric counts clicks on the call button, not verified conversations. Read Google’s metric definitions.

Keep the explanation grounded.
Record what you observed, a possible explanation, what has not been established and the next action. Keep missing values different from measured zeros, and compare periods only when the definitions and filters are suitable.
The workbook supports your calculation and source records. You manually update the presentation and review every statement before sharing it with a client.
Format and fit
Designed for a consultant who already has appropriate access to the source reports and enters aggregate figures manually. It does not collect client credentials or include connectors, ranking scrapers, automatic narrative, live dashboards or report sending.
The PowerPoint and Excel files are separate editable documents. There is no automatic synchronization, attribution model or promise of better rankings, inquiries or client retention.
The package is being checked before sales open. Native PowerPoint and Excel behavior, print/export compatibility, independent buyer usability and complete download delivery still need verification. Google Slides and Sheets compatibility are not claimed.
