Job Margin Desk
Build an estimate around the work the customer actually wants.
A focused spreadsheet package for solo cleaners and small teams. Enter selected rooms or tasks, the time involved and your own costs. Include travel and a minimum charge, then compare the job with what actually happened.
Planned price: US$19 one time
Sales are opening later. Price and release timing may change; orders and preorders are not open.

US$120 in entered costs.
A US$160 suggested quote.
The fictional Willow Home job includes two bedrooms, two workers and 60 minutes per room per worker: four onsite person-hours. Round-trip travel adds one person-hour across the team.
| Entered cost | Calculation | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Onsite labor | 4 person-hours × US$20 | US$80 |
| Travel labor | 1 person-hour × US$20 | US$20 |
| Vehicle, supplies and overhead allowance | US$5 + US$10 + US$5 | US$20 |
| Total entered cost | Before tax | US$120 |
At a 25% target margin, US$120 ÷ (1 − 0.25) = US$160. The example’s US$100 minimum charge does not increase that result. A 25% margin is different from adding a 25% markup.
All rates and times here are invented for the example. The tool uses your inputs; it does not recommend local market rates or guarantee a profitable job.

Make the time units clear.
Two people working for two hours produce four person-hours. The workbook keeps that distinction visible so a team estimate does not silently count only elapsed time. Travel labor and vehicle expense are separate costs.
Actual results use the price agreed with the customer. Changing the estimate does not turn the suggested quote into an actual sale.
Format and fit
Use one job and one currency per workbook. Amounts and rates are entered manually; changing a currency label does not convert them. The workbook does not send quotes, take payments, calculate tax or connect to a booking system.
Your result depends on the completeness of your cost assumptions. The job-scope template records operational details; it is not a legal contract.
The package is being checked before sales open. Native Excel editing and printing, independent buyer usability and complete download delivery still require verification. Google Sheets compatibility is not claimed.
