Launch Scorecard
Separate downloads, paid orders and what remains after entered costs.
A manual spreadsheet workspace for independent digital sellers reviewing a small number of launch experiments. Bring aggregate weekly figures together, reconcile order attribution and record the next decision.
Planned price: US$19 one time
Sales are opening later. Price and release timing may change; orders and preorders are not open.

Five paid orders.
US$46 after the entered deductions.
The example records 100 product-page visits, 20 free downloads and five paid orders. Free downloads stay separate from the paid-order count.

Keep uncertainty visible.
Missing fees do not silently become zero. Unknown attribution remains unknown. Duplicate week-and-product entries are flagged, and channel counts are checked against the recorded paid-order total.
A refund posted in a later week is recorded in that later week with an explanation. A week with no new sales can have a negative contribution. The sample shows this explicitly.
Manual figures. Clear boundaries.
Use aggregate figures from your own source records and one currency per workbook. Enter actual fees rather than relying on a built-in marketplace fee schedule. Keep source definitions and reporting periods consistent when comparing results.
The scorecard has no live connectors, tracking pixels, automatic platform-export import or email sending. It reconciles order counts by channel; it does not allocate revenue or claim to prove which campaign caused a purchase.
The package is being checked before sales open. Native Excel editing and printing, independent buyer usability and complete download delivery still need verification. Google Sheets compatibility is not claimed.
