See what a fixed-price quote leaves for your time before you send it.
A focused spreadsheet package for solo web designers. Include delivery, revisions, administration and external costs, then compare the original estimate with extra work and the hours you actually use.
Planned price: US$19 one time
Sales are opening later. Price and release timing may change; orders are not open.

The same quote.
A different return on your time.
A five-page website is quoted at US$1,000 with US$100 in external costs. Extra revisions add time without changing the agreed fee.
| Planning case | Total hours | Contribution per hour |
|---|---|---|
| Original estimate | 30 | US$30 |
| 15 additional hours | 45 | US$20 |
Calculation: (US$1,000 − US$100) ÷ hours. These figures are before owner taxes and other overhead. They are planning calculations, not net profit or a guaranteed wage.
Inside the package
- A blank XLSX workbook for your own project.
- A completed XLSX workbook with a fictional website example.
- Five worksheets in each: Start Here, Quote Inputs, Scenarios, Actuals and Scope Summary.
- Editable project-scope notes and a change-request register in Markdown.
- An HTML quick-start guide and release notes.
A practical quoting routine
- Enter the fee, external costs and planned hours.
- Choose the base, overrun or other scenario to inspect one case at a time.
- Record scope assumptions, exclusions and revision allowance.
- Keep actual fees, costs and hours separate as work progresses.
Make the assumptions visible.
Separate delivery, revision and administration hours so unpaid work does not disappear from the estimate. Use the scope summary and editable notes to record deliverables, client dependencies, exclusions and changes.
Missing or invalid required inputs show an unavailable result instead of a confident calculation. Costs above the fee retain a negative contribution, so an unfavorable estimate remains visible.
Format and fit
Use one project and one currency per workbook. The files are in XLSX format and include no macros or external workbook links. The Markdown scope notes can be edited in a text editor or copied into your document tool.
There is no currency conversion, tax calculation, invoicing, account integration or automatic client communication. Scope notes are operational guidance, not a legal contract.
Calculations and workbook layouts have been checked in the authoring tool. Native Excel compatibility, printing, independent buyer usability and download delivery still need verification before a paid release. Google Sheets compatibility is not claimed.
