Greenway Studio is a fictional client. After recording the payment, the app shows USD 750.00 outstanding and prepares a reminder you can edit and copy. Review the balance and send the message yourself.

What the app does

Records the client, invoice ID, due date, amount and currency.
Tracks partial payments and the outstanding amount.
Keeps separate totals for USD, PKR, GBP and EUR.
Orders unpaid invoices by due date and shows aging bands.
Creates plain-text reminder drafts for you to review, edit and copy.
Exports JSON backups and validates replacement imports.

The fictional sample and your personal records use separate workspaces. Personal records start empty unless this browser already holds your data.

Inside the current package

Release candidate 0.1.0-rc.2 contains three files:

index.html — the self-contained working app.
QUICK-START.html — a browser-readable guide to invoices, payments, reminders and backups.
RELEASE-NOTES.md — capabilities, known limits and validation status.

Extract the ZIP into one stable folder. Start with the quick-start guide, then open the app in a modern desktop browser. No API key, paid AI subscription or external library is required to run it.

The package is being tested before sales open. This page is a product preview, not a checkout or download page.

Your records and backups

Personal records use your browser’s local storage when available. Records and exported backups are unencrypted.

Use one editing tab and export after changes. Browser cleanup, private browsing, a different browser or moving the app can make saved records unavailable. Backups replace the selected workspace on import; they do not merge records.

Export includes visible JSON and copy-and-save instructions if the browser download is unavailable. Keep original invoices and payment evidence separately.

Know the limits

Manual entry and follow-up; no bank connection, cloud sync or automatic sending.
No accounting integration, tax calculation, currency conversion or payment collection.
No invoice editing in place, CSV import or persistent sent-message history.
Reminder edits are temporary and may be replaced when the view refreshes.

Compatibility checks, independent user testing and the complete download journey remain before a paid release. No promise of collections, income or a particular business result.
